The Drawing Skills Master Class was designed with kids aged 6-12 in mind. 

We believe it's important to wait until your kids are developmentally ready to start teaching skills like the ones in this course. If you have a younger child, we recommend our online art portal, Kids Art Spot, for a greater focus on process art and developing creativity.  

Of course, kids older than 12 can (and do!) enjoy the lessons in our Drawing Master Class.  In fact, you may find yourself wanting to follow along as well!

You can all use your family's access to The Drawing Skills Master Class together! Your family only needs to purchase one class, regardless of how many kids you have in your family.

The short answer: It depends!

Our drawing lessons are set up so that a school-aged child could do them fairly independently. Giving kids a little bit of freedom in their creativity allows them to build confidence and problem-solving skills. 

You may also choose to use The Drawing Master Class as a way to creatively connect with your kids and work together as a family.

Younger kids (especially if they're not yet strong readers) will have the most success with some grownup support.  

Each module comes with a recommended supplies list which includes our suggestions for drawing tools.

But there's no need to buy any fancy supplies to complete this course!  As long as your child has access to a basic drawing tool and paper, they can complete all the lessons.
